SLIIT

·           The Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology (also known as SLIIT) is a non-profit private university in Sri Lanka specializing in technology and management.  It has two campuses and four regional centers; the main campus is based in Malabe and a Metropolitan Campus in Colombo. SLIIT is a member of the Association of Commonwealth Universities and International Association of Universities and has several partnerships with international universities.

 

  Quantity Surveying

      • Quantity Surveying course teaches you to quantify construction work in a structured way using a standard method of measurement and industry terminology.
      • Requirements: GCE O/L: 6 Passes (Including English & Mathematics)

 

  Engineering:

      • Engineering is about designing processes and making products to solve real-world problems.
      • Part I (Years 1 and 2) provides a broad education in engineering fundamentals, enabling you to make a genuinely informed choice about the area in which to specialize from your third year (many students change direction as a result). 
      • Part II (Years 3 and 4) then provides in-depth training in your chosen professional discipline.
      • Requirements: "GCE A/L:  Any stream (Preferred physical science); 3 Passes or equivalent qualification"

 

IQSSL

·          Originating in 1974, IQSSL was incorporated by a Parliament Act in June 2007 and is the professional body for Quantity Surveying in Sri Lanka.

ICBT

·       ICBT Campus also known as the International College of Business and Technology, popularly known as the ICBT Campus is a BOI approved project formed to conduct internationally recognized educational programs in association with educational institutes. It is one of the largest and most prominent tertiary education providers in Sri Lanka. It delivers certificates, diplomas, pre-university programs, undergraduate programs, masters level programs including doctorate level programs in association with some of the Universities and educational service providers in UK, Australia, Thailand, India and Sweden. The institution has formed a partnership with the Cardiff Metropolitan University.
